MILWAUKEE — Jerry Harris, 65, has been missing since Jan. 12, according to his nephew.
Harris is vulnerable because he suffers from cognitive issues. He is unable to communicate effectively.
His nephew says Harris enjoys collecting cans, scrapping and walking near the railroad tracks and by water.
Another name Harris goes by is "Gully."
