The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner has confirmed that one person was shot and killed Tuesday night near 49th and Villard.
The call came in at about 6:45 Tuesday night.
The victim was a 21-year-old male. He died on scene.
Police do not have a suspect in custody, and they are investigating a motive to the shooitng.
