Deputies from the Racine County Sheriff's Office responded to the call of a hit and run at 1400 West Street in the Village of Union Grove around 8:13 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12.
A complaint stated that the apartment building was struck by a vehicle that caused the building to shake.
Upon arrival, deputies found a vehicle in the apartment's rear parking lot with damage consistant with damage to the apartment.

Deputies discovered the vehicle belonged to Dustin Stang, 33, who resides at the same apartment building.
A Standardized Field Sobriety Test was performed, and Stang was taken into custody for OWI 1st Offense.
No injuries were reported from the occupants inside the apartment that was struck.
