Teens already arrested for stealing cars are in trouble for the same crime yet again.

This time they took Greenfield Police on a chase and crashing into a home with a sleeping baby on Milwaukee's South Side.

"I was asleep.  I hear a loud noise, I woke up... I want to check on my wife and baby make sure they're OK," said Eli Herrera, who lives in the home.

As if this weren't bad enough, police said the teens were smashing windows and stealing from cars before the chase even started.

"Glass was all over.  Everywhere.  Plus it's all over the seat," said Gene Weiser, whose car was hit.

Police arrested all five teens, two 16-year-olds, two 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old.

"Unfortunately, these specific kids seem to keep coming back," said Captain Ray Radakovich, Greenfield Police.

Police said a couple weeks ago one of these same teenagers was arrested in a stolen car near Mitchell International.  Greenfield Police used OnStar to disable the car.

Two other teens were arrested in November in a stolen car with guns and drugs, after they were caught breaking into cars.

Police said they're left wondering why they keep picking up the same kids.

"I'm not sure what's really happening with the court system," said Radakovich.
