The stage is set for the first televised debate with the Democratic candidates for governor and voters have questions of their own.
"Anything to do with the environment, maybe jobs," said Lynn Tachick, Waukesha.
"What is the plans to better our educational system," said Stevon McCarver, Milwaukee.

"Immigration that's the most important thing to me right now," said Linda Wise, Milwaukee.
All eight candidates will face off at UWM Thursday evening. Political Science Professor Mordecai Lee said the debate is a chance for constituents to get to know the people running.
"I think this is extremely significant because most Wisconsinites don't know any of the candidates and this is their first opportunity to be exposed to them," said Mordecai Lee, UWM Professor.
He said the debate holds a lot of weight in Wisconsin since this is an open primary state.
"And as a result of watching the debate they might decide this year I'm going to vote in the Democratic primary because I'm interested in getting the debate for governor," said Lee.
He expects Foxconn and law enforcement to be big topics. Constituents hope candidates speak on issues that matter to them.
"Overall there's just so much wrong that needs fixing from our relationships with the inner city where we have high unemployment rates, where we have infrastructure that's falling apart and not sustainable to repair," said Alan Montezon, Milwaukee.
"I think criminal reform out of everything. I don't know I think Making a Murderer still is kind of in the air," said Lyra Christianson, Milwaukee.
