MESA, AZ -- In a valley of cactus and palm trees lives a Packers fan that bleeds green and gold.

It started 17 years ago when Waukesha native Phil Smithers and his family moved to Mesa.

His entire two car garage is covered in memorabilia.

"My wife Terri said I could do whatever I wanted with the garage as long as she could park her car in here," Smithers said.

His collection includes bright neon signs, pennants, and the Wheaties box with the Super Bowl Champions. Even his water heater dons the Packers logo.

"Our water heater went bad a couple years ago and we had to do it up," he said.

Phil's love for The Pack he says started at birth.

"We were born into it," he said. "I remember going to Packers games at County Stadium. We lived in Waukesha, Green Bay wasn't easy to get to."

On game days Phil allows the family to crash his man cave and watch the game. Rooting for the Pack has become a family affair.
