Description: Crisp on the outside, and warm and creamy on the inside, this mashup of the popular rumaki hors d'oeuvre and a ham roll-up is a tasty appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients:
10 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Braunschweiger (Chunk or Sliced)
10 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Hickory Smoked Bacon
10 slices of soft white bread
8 ounces softened cream cheese
½ cup sliced green onions
¾ cup chopped dill pickles or water chestnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut crusts off all 10 slices of bread. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
Place approximately one ounce of Braunschweiger on top of each slice of bread, then spread cream cheese on top. Sprinkle one edge of bread with green onions, and either water chestnuts or pickles. Starting from that same edge, roll bread, and then wrap each roll with one slice of bacon.
Place on foil lined cookie sheet, seam side down, and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is slightly crispy.
Allow to cool slightly before eating.
