Mixing Beer and Steak for a "Drunken Sirloin"

It's their Drunken Sirloin: Certified Angus Beef top sirloin that has been marinated in Samuel Adams served with roasted mushroom medley, grilled asparagus, Sam Adams demi-glace, and roasted rosemary potatoes for lunch or Buttermilk mashed potatoes for dinner.
