A Group Keeping Families Together for the Holidays

It’s difficult when you have to choose paying a bill or putting food on the table. Capuchin Community Services’ House of Peace location’s goal is to keep families together. The Holiday Food Box Program does just that. The Christmas food box distribution includes toys for children, age 8 years of age to birth. Joining us to discuss their mission and how you can help is Br. Rob Roemer and Fr. Perry McDonald from Capuchin Community Services.

Capuchin Community Services are accepting donations of NEW, UNWRAPPED toys right up to Dec. 22. There is easy drop-off at the House of Peace location, using the U-drive, on the corner of 17th & Walnut. Capuchin Community Services’ House of Peace location, 1702 W. Walnut, Milwaukee, 53205. And f you don’t have the time to shop for toys, please donate online and we can do the shopping on your behalf. To do that, visit CapuchinCommunityServices.org.
