ST. FRANCIS -- No one was hurt after a brief standoff near the guard shack of the FBI Milwaukee Division Offices.

St. Francis Police received a call from a security officer at about 10:41 p.m. Saturday reporting a man was parked and refusing to leave.

The 60-year-old Cudahy man had a handgun in his waistband and was reportedly asking to see a woman who was not employed in the building.

After a "brief standoff," the man was taken into custody after he tossed his gun to the ground.

No rounds were fired by police or the suspect.

St. Francis Police tell us, "This incident will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the near future for potential criminal charges."
