Oshkosh Police believe a tortoise missing from the Menominee Park Zoo was stolen.
The tortoise was discovered missing Wednesday morning. It was most likely removed from its enclosure by someone and may have been taken from the zoo, police said.
It is a Russian Tortoise about 8"-10" long. The tortoise is not dangerous to the public, but if you find it, you should leave it alone and contact the Oshkosh Police Department.
The tortoise cannot swim and will drown if submerged in water.
