Volunteers at a New Berlin church are helping kids get a chance to go to a camp for foster kids this summer near the Wisconsin Dells.

Two volunteers have a calling for the greater good. Janet Brzenski and Andre Robinson have been working behind the scenes to send a group of foster kids to a yearly summer camp by putting on a silent auction.

Poplar Creek Church in New Berlin is sponsoring the summer retreat run by Royal family Kids.

"It's not just camp it’s not just the few months before camp, this is all year round that were working and preparing for those five days," Brzezinski said.

Robinson said they are auctioning of Milwaukee Brewers seats, a special commemorative Packers football and others.

The camp costs about $1,000 a child.

The auction will be at Poplar Creek on Sunday, March 19th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
