For one Wisconsin man, there's no place like New Hampshire. Carl Toepel doesn't wait for the presidential candidates to come to Wisconsin, he goes to them.

"I love presidential politics and particularly the New Hampshire primary, it's like the Super Bowl of politics," said Carl. He has visited the granite state every four year since 1996 just to hang out with the republican and democratic candidates.

Benson: Have you been to any Trump rallies?
Toepel:  I was at Trump rally last night. I was one of five to seven thousand people there. It was a good time and now that he's the winner tonight, I'm happy to have been there.

The retired school principal from Sheboygan County has collected thousands of political buttons over the years.

Benson: Do you think this makes you a more informed voter? Is this also an educational process for you?
Toepel: Yes, at all the town meetings I went to, whether it be for John Kasich or Gov. Christie, lots of questions and answers and you get to really know them.

His family is very supportive of his love of politics that has taken him to ten political conventions.

"I didn't take my children to a lot of Packers games but they've met quite a few presidents."

Toepel says he has met every president since General Eisenhower except President Johnson.
