UPDATE (10:45 a.m.): The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office has determined the death was not a homicide.
The Milwaukee Police Department said further toxicology tests are being conducted to determine an exact cause of death.
A 39-year-old woman remains in custody while the investigation continues.

MILWAUKEE -- A man was fatally stabbed by his wife in Milwaukee Sunday morning.
Police were called to a home near 38th and Roberts streets at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Officials said the circumstances surrounding the stabbing are unknown at this time.
The woman stayed a the scene and was taken into custody.
