Workers at Miller Park fill all kinds of roles on game day, including 95-year-old Lou Montgomery, who has been a fixture with the Brewers for the last 30 years.

Montgomery currently works as an usher in the stadium's press box. You'll typically find him checking press credentials at the outer doors.

"I think I have the best job in the ballpark," Montgomery said, who describes himself as a lifelong baseball fan.

"I love baseball. And the people here are just great," he said.

Montgomery added the view from the press box isn't too shabby. When he can, he tries to catch a bit of each Brewers game.

"I can see everything except the scoreboard," he joked.

Montgomery said he always enjoys working Opening Day. He said each one brings a lot of enthusiasm and optimism.

"Every Opening Day is exciting. It's a new season, no matter how you did the previous year," Montgomery said.
