Milwaukee police are looking for a critically missing 10-year-old boy last seen Tuesday afternoon.
Joe Gutierrez was last seen near the corner of 3rd Street and Oklahoma Avenue on the city’s south side.
He’s described as 4-foot-10-inches, 80 pounds, medium build with brown hair. He was seen wearing a mustard yellow tank top, black knee high shorts and black Nike shoes.
