UPDATE: Hartland police says Olivia Kobb has been located and is safe with officers.
Police are looking for a missing 14-year-old girl who is reported as a runaway juvenile.
Police said Olivia Kobb left her house in Hartland around 10 p.m. Thursday, and has not been seen since, nor had contact with her parents.
She has short dyed red hair and was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with stretch blue jeans carrying a black backpack.
Olivia may go by the names Alex or Skyler.
