Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in locating a critical missing 66-year-old man.
 
Ronald C. Carthen suffers from diabetes and needs his medication.
 
He was last seen on Friday, February 17, 2017, at approximately 6:45 a.m. near the intersection of 14th and Wilbur. 
Carthen is described as 5'10" tall, 170#, brown eyes, short black hair, and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black gym shoes. 
 
Carthen drives a 2003, Pontiac SEI, Grand AM, Silver in color, 4 door - sedan, Wisconsin Auto Plate: 279-VWB.
