A local business is doing what it can to help out with Hurricane Harvey relief. Milwaukee Home, the popular shop that sells t-shirts and other items with that trademark on them is donating a portion of proceeds to Harvey relief.

Owner Melissa Kuykendall wanted to do something to help after watching the devastation in Texas on the news.

"I can only do what I know [how] to do and that is to sell t-shirts" said Kuykendall.

The store is selling t-shirts emblazoned with "Houston-Home" and donating $10 of every sale to Hurricane Harvey relief organizations. Kuykendall said, "I want to spread the love and help out as much as I can."

They are also a drop off location for the Texas Diaper Bank. Customers have brought in dozens of diapers that will be sent to Texas in the coming days and weeks. Anyone who donates is also offered a 15 percent discount on merchandise in the store.

Milwaukee Home is located at 159 N. Jackson in Milwaukee's Third Ward. They are also selling the shirts online
