Milwaukee police are investigating aggravated child abuse involving a 14-month-old baby boy and his 28-year-old father.
Police say the incident occurred on Monday in the 2800 block of N. 36th Street. The father was arrested at the scene.
The child is being treated at a local hospital and is in serious condition.
The Milwaukee Police Department's Sensitive Crimes Division and Metropolitan Division continue to investigate.The case will be reviewed by the district attorney’s office later this week.
